Our foundation is Kenya's first comprehensive public participation systems assessment, conducted in Nairobi City County: 911 household surveys, key informant interviews and focus groups across 78 of 85 wards. That research documented why constitutional mandates fail in practice and what actually succeeds. It informs every methodology we deploy.
