The county digital public participation support program envisions the development and utilization of digital public participation, with enhanced access to county public participation information, improved access to citizen input, and simplified county decision-making procedures.  

The program focuses on implementing County-level digital public participation in an aspirational and targeted way, to enable sustainable outcomes for the benefit of citizens. It introduces new approaches to the use of digital technologies to deepen transparency and public understanding of their governments' decision-making processes.
