The deletion process includes the removal of the following account details: Name, Age, Gender, Disability status, Governance Region (Province, District, Cell, Sector, Village), Nationality, Residence, and Job Industry. However, account information related to past policy/survey responses will be retained and not deleted.Users can as well write Civic Voice at info@civicvoices.app to have their account deleted. Users should attach their respective information like email and name, to facilitate deletion process.

5. Third-Party Services:
Civic Voices may integrate with third-party services for enhanced functionality. Review the privacy policies of these services as they operate independently of Civic Voices.
